OCR'ing core rules PDF's

The OCR process isn't going as smooth as I wanted (it is missing a lot of terms that I think it should be recognizing), so I'm going to do some research on how I may be able to improve the accuracy and effectiveness so we can have some utility in searching for specific things that can come from all of this when it's done. I'll let you know when things are complete with info on how to pull them down to replace your own copies.
