Yes, it is a microdiscectomy, so it isn't anticipated to take too long to recover from. They want me to begin walking and moving around (cautiously) within two days of the surgery. We'll see where it goes from there.
On second thought, don't worry about looking into a "virtual seat" at the table for me. I think it is logistically too big to realistically work out in just a few days and I can foresee that it could be a real pain in the butt (not my back, necessarily!) for everyone to accommodate. I think it's just best to not worry about it, but maybe think about it for a future date if a similar occurrence were to happen to one of us. Issues with needing to move the camera to show the map, the other players, etc. seems a little too much to have to worry about, right?
